Age- 19 (I'm assuming this means in appearance and not actual age ^^, if not then I'll change it."

Gender- Female

Hair- Dark wavy brown hair that go down past her shoulders. She usually has it up in a high ponytail.

Eyes- Brown

Height- 5' 1"

Weight- 110 lbs.

Appearance- Slightly defined figure with tanned skin with two tattoos of Taino symbols (Right shoulder blade and left upper arm.)

Clothes [both casual/everyday and uniform]-

*Casual: Some sort of light clothing due to the hot and humid climate, so shorts/skirts and a T-shirt/blouse or sundress with scandals.

*Uniform: (I have to dig around for a picture of a uniform, WW1 or WW2 era, si?)

Likes-America, France,Ireland baseball, football *soccer, swimming, hiking, teasing America, cooking and eating, El Coqui, dancing, singing,etc

Dislikes- Being bossed around, cold weather, being mistaken for Mexico or any of her other siblings, being left out the loop, getting lost.

Relationships-
~*Siblings: Spain, Cuba, Hispaniola, Jamaica, and the other Caribbean lands, and America claims to be her big brother, but she stubbornly refuses to see him as such ^^
~*Allies:
America: She depends on America to balance her land's political affairs, provide resources, allow her people job opportunities in the US, etc. She gets along well with America but she wishes that she could have more say in what happens to her home and people. Because of this she likes to mess and tease him a lot, kind a love/hate sibling relationship. (Like being able to vote for president and her representative in congress actually having some power.)

France: She really does adore France, even though he tried to invade her more than once during Spain's control over her. A lot of France's people came to live on her island, and also helped to defend against England when he tried to invade her in 1797. Even after the war, many French decided to continue living on the island. Although she is somewhat afraid of him, she is also a bit more polite and friendly to him than some other nations.

Spain: A very important person to her, who raised her from when she was little for more than 350 years. Puerto Rico still retains much of the Spanish culture from her time of being Spain's prized island colony.

Also, while she has no autonomy over international relations, she has been allowed some latitude in contacts with her neighbors', especially in the Caribbean, who she makes trade regulations and agreements with.

Family-
America, father, havering 50 kids she is not spoiled, when she needs him he will be there to help her.
Netherlands, father, due to a large amount of duch people in her state he is her second parent. Unlike most of her siblings she is close to him.
England, grandfather, she views him as a grandfather figure, he is the only one who calls her Maggie moo.
Canada, uncle, she can see him at all times this is due to her sharing a border with him.
Belgium, aunt, Netherlands sister, they have a close relationship.
France, grandfather, because of his closeness to Canada she sees him as a grandfather figure, like the way america sees england as a father Canada sees France as one, there for France acts like a grandfather.
The 50 states, all her siblings she is closer to some more than others.
Aqua, her pet wolverine. Also her best friend.

Other relationships,
Germany, she has had a crush on Germany for some time but she refuses to tell anyone other than her pet wolverine.
Japan, she is kind to him. They have eventually become friends.
Italy, like Japan they have became close friends.
Russia, she is not afraid of him like all other country's and states. They are friends, but they do not openly show it.

Ok. There's something's that need to be tweaked a little bit.

The height and weight. If your character is 5'11", they shouldn't be at 100 lbs. That's...really underweight. Try around 130-140 around that area for that height.

For casual clothes, I know Michigan has some harsh winters and long winters. So maybe jeans, coat, boots etc. For spring and summer, the dresses would be fine.

For the relationships, wouldn't France be more like an uncle or older brother like England?

That was due to France being the father figure of Canada like England was to america. The rest ill tweak but yea that is the reason for the grandpa France.

Dislikes- Being called a child, not getting enough respect, being ignored, being ordered around

Relationships-

France- Helped raise her as a child. Her language is heavily influenced by him, and sees him as a father figure. He visits often when he has the chance.

England- Also raised her after he took her away from France. Also influenced her language. She isn't really sure what to consider England either as her brother or father. But loves it when he visits her from time to time.

Albert- The stuffed tuna fish that she always carries around with her. Doesn't usually go anywhere without it.

Clothes [both casual/everyday and uniform]- Often depicted wearing a white naval uniform with black and gold accents.

Personality- A shy, quiet, and hard-working man. Tends to have the personality of an 'old man'. Curious and interested in other nations. Has a weakness for things that are soft and fluffy.

Likes- Dogs (He owns a white dog called Pochi), Really loves cats, guinea pigs and rabbits.

Dislikes- crowds (for he likes his space), loud things, etc.

Relationships-

America : Japan first meets America and is basically forced to accept him onto his isolated island. Japan was uncomfortable and agitated in the beginning, but soon opened up to America. They soon get along for they both share the love of video games and technology.

China :Japan, at a very small age, was discovered by China, who raised and taught Japan how to read and write Kanji ( in which Japan uses to create the hiragana alphabet). One day, Japan somehow turned against his once care-taker and left a disfiguring scar upon China's back, leaving the two at war. From then on, China was left despairing on how the war changed Japan.

England : Japan and England are often known to get along well. Despite not having anything in common with each other, Japan kindly suggests they be lonely friends together, for both of them do not have many friends. Throughout the Anglo-Japanese alliance, they were extremely loyal to each other, particularly with England going out of his way to make decisions not only to benefit himself, but also to benefit Japan as well. Even though their friendship might have been severed during WW2, Japan and England are still seen to be close in present day.

Germany :Japan and Germany get along fairly well, and tend to be the only ones to adapt to any situation if needed while joined together in Axis Powers. Japan has known Germany for some time , although Germany can still not know what Japan has in mind.

Greece : Japan and Greece get along well for their mutual love of cats. It is implied that their friendship turned into Japan waking up naked in bed with Greece,and Japan trying to believe it all to be a dream.

Italy : Italy, once having a dream of meeting younger Japan, is the acquaintance of Japan as part of Axis powers. Both have a mutual respect for each other's artwork and inventions. Italy even once asked Japan to marry him after kissing and hugging Japan. Japan also invented safer cars, for Italy was a reckless driver.

Korea : Japan and Korea despise each other. South Korea claims to hate Japan, but is often seen copying Japan's style and taking credit for others' work. Korea even has a unusual obsession with grabbing Japan's breast, with the belief that they belong to him (although he expressed interest in China's). He once wanted to dig a tunnel to connect their houses, but that didn't turn out well. Korea even claimed that Japan had bullied him in younger years.

Prussia : with his relationship with Japan to be canonical, the two are called 'inseparable' by others.Prussia even tried to draw his own manga, which he can draw fairly well. Unfortunately he sneezed, abandoning his project. He got his love of manga from his friend Japan. To show his gratitude, Japan made cakes for Prussia, Prussia able to eat 'only' 34.

Russia : Japan has a deep grudge for Russia, dating back to the Russo-Japanese war. Even though Japan defeated Russia, it left him poor and without money. When Germany made an alliance with Russia, Japan became distraught and warned Germany that Russia was "A monster made by fallout nuclear tests and breathes fire!". Japan became more hateful of Russia when Germany stated that he wanted to continue his alliance with Russia. Japan made many attempts to get at Russia, but none were successful.

South Italy (Romano) : There is not much about the two, but word says they will get along well.

Taiwan : Taiwan has a great preference for Japan, much to China's dismay; this probably stems from the fact that, in reality, the island of Taiwan was annexed by the Japanese government. She was even excited to show Japan her Halloween costume.

Turkey : Turkey has a soft spot for Japan, and Japan, in turn, has a mutual respect for Turkey. Turkey starts fighting with Greece, for Turkey thought Greece was there to take Japan away. Turkey also threatened France on April Fool's Day with 'Don't you dare try anything on Japan, or I will invade you.' Japan doubts that France will listen, for it was April Fool's Day.

Personality- Spoilt, haughty, self-assured and elegant, she is a girl whose main train of thought is 'me first'.

Likes- She enjoys singing, dancing, art appreciation, and shopping.

Dislikes- Being forced to work, England, Prussia, and sometimes France.

Relationships-

France:
Being his capital, naturally France spoils her rotten and rarely denies her anything, despite the fact that her expensive demands frequently make him bankrupt. They both boast about one another to fellow capitals and nations, France frequently proclaiming that Paris is the most beautiful city in the world, and Paris claiming that there is no country like France. When they are alone together, however, they seem to have a lot of complaints about the other.

England:
Paris openly dislikes England, describing him as vulgar and ugly to look at, even to the point of wiping at a spot with a hankerchief should he ever accidentally touch her. Though England also sees her as a spoilt brat, they see each other frequently.

Prussia:
Ever since Prussia forced Paris to work, she has held a huge grudge against Prussia and abandoned her pacifism for the chance of taking revenge on him in WWI.

Appearance- Not slim, but not pudgy either. Not exactly muscular, but she can hold her own in a fight. Long blonde hair held up in ponytails, with the bangs held back by a few red bobby pins. She has red half-frame glasses, since her eyesight is rather bad.

Clothes [both casual/everyday and uniform]- Everyday Clothes: Usually a fan of sweater-vests and skirts, though she will occasionally break out her old punk gear. Casual Uniform: A blue, long-sleeved dress covered by a white maid apron. Black leggings and gloves, as well as blue flats. Military Uniform: Usually a WWII English Military Nurse uniform, though she will sometimes dress in an olive-toned WWII English Military uniform and tuck her hair into her hat.

Personality- Usually a bit cold until you get to know her. She takes a while to warm up to people, and even once someone's friends with her she still won't entirely trust them. However, if anyone's at all injured, she'll go out of her way to help them, even if it's an enemy. She tries to act in a ladylike manner, though if you piss her off enough she will curse and scream at you. She usually has a really hard time expressing feelings or finding the right words in some situations.

Likes- Tea, helping people and animals, most music, arts and crafts (knitting, sewing, etc.), and the smell of rain

Dislikes- Overly loud noises (unless she's at a concert), destruction, blood (if she can help the person bleeding, she's able to tune it out, but if there's nothing she can do anymore she'll feel sick to her stomach), feeling helpless or useless, and improper grammar.

Relationships-

England: She's pretty much his sister, so they usually get along quite well, though they do sometimes have sibling fights.

France: She thinks that he's "a bloody improper frog with absolutely no manners at all," and as such really hates it when he makes England feel uncomfortable.

Germany: They're actually relatively good friends, since they both aren't that emotionally open. She actually quite likes his food, but she would never tell him that.

America: She can't understand how he was raised by her brother yet ended up like he did. She usually finds him way too loud, though they will enjoy some bonding time over things like sports.

Japan: She finds him rather charming, since he's so polite and well mannered. However, she knows exactly where his boundaries are, and she knows not to push them.

Canada: She doesn't forget about him as often as Arthur does, but she does occasionally mistake him more America, though as soon as he starts talking, she remembers he's Canada. She likes how polite he is, but doesn't know why he ended up so shy. She sometimes blames France, but she knows it's not his fault.

Prussia: She feels very guilty about the Allied decision to dissolve him. Even though he's still alive, she feels like they killed an important part of him that day. Whenever he's particularly nice to her, she'll be pretty much overwhelmed by the guilt and ends up being shy and not saying much for a few days.
